## Position Overview: Secretariat and Substantive Support Personnel

## Core Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi) or Economics.

## Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
As a core member of the support team, your day-to-day contributions will directly influence project milestones and cross-institutional alignment. Selected candidates will manage several critical duties:
* Facilitating seamless administrative workflows and day-to-day coordination for the SQTDP.
* Assisting in the compilation, processing, and archiving of technical and substantive program materials.
* Verifying that all documentation required for SQTDP execution meets rigorous institutional standards.
* Supporting rigorous review and quality assurance processes for documents intended to secure a No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
* Tracking and ensuring timely follow-ups on feedback, inputs, and compliance requirements mandated by the World Bank and external stakeholders.
* Bridging communication gaps through effective coordination between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, ministries, regional governments, and relevant partners.
