## Job Vacancy: Supervisor General Affairs
We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor General Affairs to oversee operational infrastructure within the Banyumas Residency, Kedu Residency, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta areas. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and physical integrity of our branch locations.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a hands-on role in ensuring our branch facilities meet corporate standards. Primary duties include:
* Infrastructure Development: Identifying, acquiring, and overseeing the renovation of new branch offices.
* Facility Planning: Performing precise measurements and coordination for the construction and layout of corporate buildings.
* Asset Management: Maintaining the quality, functionality, and inventory of all branch office equipment and assets.
* Regulatory Liaison: Managing permit acquisition and regulatory documentation in coordination with property owners.
* Operational Mobility: Maintaining a high level of agility and readiness for frequent business travel to oversee various sites within the designated regions.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multifaceted operational tasks effectively. The required qualifications are as follows:
