NICU/Perinatal Coordinator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensing: Must possess a valid, active Nursing STR.
* Certification: Possession of specialized NICU certifications and active BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NICU Head Nurse or staff nurse in NICU/PICU units.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of ward management.
Inpatient Coordinator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensing: Must possess a valid, active Nursing STR.
* Experience: Proven track record of at least 2 years as a Unit Supervisor or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Core Competencies: Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to function effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Technical Proficiencies: Advanced command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Preferred Training: Possession of a valid BTCLS certificate and completion of formal Ward Management training is highly desirable.
