## Role Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
As a member of the finance department, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining fiscal integrity and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing financial documentation, tax compliance, and cost analysis within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Professional Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our financial operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a recognized institution.
* Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax staff member, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
* Certification: Possess active Brevet A/B/C certifications.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Literacy: Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.

## Core Responsibilities
The selected individual will be tasked with the following essential functions:
1. Cost Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Oversight: Conducting internal reviews of financial statements and maintaining asset control logs.
3. Transaction Management: Recording accounts payable and receivable, managing petty cash, and overseeing bank reconciliations.
4. Tax Compliance: Calculating, preparing, and submitting all required tax documentation.
5. Administrative Accuracy: Managing receipts, invoices, checks, and general financial transactions.
