## About the Otsuka Young Star Program
The Otsuka Young Star Program is a specialized six-month internship initiative tailored for the Marketing Beverages Department. Focused specifically on the Pocari Sweat and Ion Water brands, this program is crafted to refine professional capabilities in real-world marketing environments. Participants will transition through a dual-phase structure:
* Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Intensive professional development and foundational training.
* Phase 2 (Months 4–6): Hands-on execution and practical application in the field.
Key Areas of Focus
Interns will gain comprehensive exposure to the following core marketing functions:
* On-Ground Activation: Managing live execution of marketing campaigns.
* Product Education & Demand Creation: Developing strategies to influence consumer behavior and brand awareness.
* Marketing Analytics: Compiling and interpreting performance reports.
* Community Engagement: Building brand presence across diverse regional demographics in Indonesia.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure success within this dynamic environment, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Final-year university students or recent graduates with a degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related fields.
* Experience: Previous involvement in events or marketing activities is highly valued.
