1. Quality Assurance Engineering
This role focuses on maintaining the highest operational standards within the company’s facilities.
* Primary Tasks: Conducting regular audits of Central Workshop & Transport (CWT) units and palm oil mill operations, including processing stages from reception to final effluent treatment. You will be responsible for data compilation, mill ranking, and performing periodic inspections of oil losses and oil content analysis.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop/Manufacturing Assistant or Mill Assistant in the palm oil industry.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SPSS.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
2. Forestry Staff
This position plays a critical role in the management of sustainable sago harvesting operations.
* Primary Tasks: Planning and overseeing the logging, assembly, and transport of sago logs to the processing plant. You will ensure that resources are managed efficiently, production targets are met, and detailed reports are delivered to management.
* Requirements:
* Diploma degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in forestry or field assistance, specifically within industrial timber plantations (HTI).
* Strong knowledge of industrial forest planting, maintenance, and harvesting.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
3. Chief Security Officer
Dedicated to maintaining the safety and integrity of company assets through rigorous security management.
* Primary Tasks: Managing in-house security teams and third-party providers, including TNI/Polri personnel. You will conduct security inductions, perform site risk assessments, and maintain strong professional relationships with local law enforcement and military agencies.
* Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in remote areas.
