Key Responsibilities
The Officer Commercial Project plays a vital role in the lifecycle of our logistics operations. You will be expected to:
* Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to customers, specifically regarding the handling of overweight, oversize, and specialized heavy equipment.
* Proposal & Order Management: Analyze cargo requirements to prepare accurate quotations and ensure seamless order entry into our internal systems.
* Revenue Growth: Proactively maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to support revenue targets.
* Project Lifecycle Oversight: Monitor, track, and expedite cargo, ensuring clients receive timely project updates from start to finish.
* Operational Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer, the Operations department, and the Finance team to streamline workflows.
* Financial Stewardship: Oversee documentation, handle billing disputes, manage customer aging reports, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
* Problem Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints and claims efficiently in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar role within the coal mining or logistics sectors.
3. Communication: Exceptional English proficiency in both written and spoken formats.
