1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will execute manufacturing processes across granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, or soft gel lines. Your role ensures that operations run smoothly while maintaining strict adherence to quality, quantity, and scheduling targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) achievements.
* Prepare production areas and execute manufacturing steps under strict CPOB/GMP/SOP guidelines, documenting all actions using Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
* Handle specific duties depending on the assigned unit, ranging from raw material dispensing and granulation to tablet compressing, coating, primary/secondary packing, and equipment washing.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Must not be color-blind, free from infectious diseases, and without severe allergies.
* Educational background: High School (SMA/SMK), Senior High (SLTA), or Diploma (D3); prior experience in a pharmaceutical plant or holding an official operator license (SIO) is an advantage.

* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy or holding a Pharmacist (Apoteker) professional degree.
