## Position Overview: Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you will serve as the primary bridge between the company and potential clients within the air conditioning and ventilation market. This role requires a blend of technical sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic market analysis to meet ambitious company targets.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure success in this role, you will be expected to manage several critical operational and strategic tasks:
* Database Management: Build, maintain, and expand a comprehensive database specifically targeted toward HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) networks and clientele.
* Promotion & Sales: Actively promote company services and drive the sales of PT Energy Sejuk Indonesia’s specialized products.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients across various commercial and industrial sectors.
* Client Management: Provide end-to-end support for clients—ranging from initial site visits and facility inspections to overseeing projects through to final completion.
* Strategy & Analysis: Evaluate and refine marketing and sales strategies to ensure alignment with corporate performance targets.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Education: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
