We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated DCS Stock Preparation Operator to join our team in Karawang, West Java. This role is pivotal in maintaining our production standards and ensuring the seamless operation of our stock preparation processes.
Key Responsibilities
* System Oversight: Operate and monitor the stock preparation sequence via the Distributed Control System (DCS).
* Process Optimization: Continuously adjust parameters to maintain production stability and operational efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments of machinery to detect and resolve abnormal conditions.
* Troubleshooting: Execute fundamental technical diagnostics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
* Compliance: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding quality control and workplace safety.
Professional Requirements
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an operator within the manufacturing or process industry—previous experience in the pulp and paper sector is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in DCS operations and industrial process monitoring.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a proven record of teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward industrial safety.
* Logistics: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Karawang, West Java.
