## Open Position: Electrical Staff
We are looking for a proactive Electrical Staff member to support our production infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our technological systems and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Execute comprehensive maintenance for Production Control systems, including both client workstations and server hardware.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues across the production floor.
* Software Lifecycle Management: Manage server software and application updates, utilizing Virtual Machine technology and Linux-based environments.
* Security Oversight: Maintain robust security protocols, including regular updates to firewalls and antivirus systems to protect critical infrastructure.
* Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by upgrading existing software, applications, and database configurations.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Hardware/Software Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in PC hardware and software. Proficiency in assembling and configuring client/server PCs is mandatory.
3. Networking Skills: Demonstrated experience in installing and maintaining network components, including routers, switches, hubs, and wireless systems.
4. Programming Proficiency: Fluency in computer programming, specifically C language. Previous project experience involving C is considered a distinct advantage.
5. Database Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of database management systems, such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
6. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with professional fluency in both English and Indonesian.
