We are looking for a creative visionary to lead the development of our next generation of products.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform in-depth market research to identify upcoming footwear trends and innovative material possibilities.
* Design 3D prototypes and models using industry-standard Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
* Collaborate with vendors to refine sample production and bring design concepts to life.
* Manage project budgets, including the procurement of manufacturing supplies and raw materials.
* Innovate with new materials, such as specialized rubbers, foams, and polymers.
* Partner with marketing teams to align product features with advertising and promotional strategies.
* Requirements:
* D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience in footwear development.
* Comprehensive understanding of shoe manufacturing processes and material science.
* Proficiency in design suites such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MODO.
2. Editor & Videographer
We need a creative storyteller to capture the essence of the Navigo brand through compelling visual content.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full production cycle, from filming and lighting to final post-production editing.
* Produce high-quality photos and videos optimized for social media marketing.
* Develop engaging content, including videos utilizing voice-overs and sound effects rather than traditional background music.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure all deadlines are met with professional accuracy.
* Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant role.
* High attention to detail and a creative, trend-forward mindset.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and photo/video editing applications on mobile devices.
