Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-launching opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA of 3.00) in one of the following fields:
* Law
* Social Welfare Studies or Social Development and Welfare
* Communication Studies
* Psychology
* Community Empowerment
* Sociology or Anthropology
* Cultural Studies
* Social and Welfare Sciences
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with less than one year of professional work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR), social empowerment, and the complexities of social conflict management.
* Geographic Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our Jambi operational site.
