* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in the Learning & Development lifecycle, including planning and evaluation.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to create high-quality learning materials and documentation.
* Preferred Experience: At least 2 years in HR development; professional certifications such as CTDP or Instructional Design are considered a significant advantage.
2. Data Support Officer (ODS) – Data Management
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and utility of our organizational data.
* Qualifications: Diploma IV or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a focus on database management and reporting.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or ERP systems is highly preferred.

4. Data Support Officer (ODS) – HR Policy
