## Overview of the Management Trainee Program
Our Management Trainee Program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world pharmaceutical industry demands. Over an intensive two-week period, successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive curriculum featuring:
* Classroom Instruction: Deep dives into pharmaceutical product knowledge and industry standards.

## Program Qualifications
We are seeking highly motivated, achievement-oriented individuals to join our team. To be eligible for the Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate or current student from any major, with a strong preference for those with backgrounds in Marketing or Pharmacy.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Availability: Ability to attend a full 14-day training session located in Pantok Wetan, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branch offices across Java.
* Dedication: Willingness to sign a two-year service bond and a commitment to continuous professional growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
