Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the JAGO 2025 program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Animal Husbandry, Extension, or Animal Welfare.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
* Health & Physical Requirements: Must be in excellent health (confirmed by a medical check-up) and have no allergies to poultry.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a service bond, participate in a full-time intensive training program, and accept placement across any of our Poultry Breeding Division units.
* Ambition: A genuine passion for the poultry industry and a strong desire to transition into a middle-management career track.
