Available Tracks
* MT Estate: Open to candidates with a Diploma (D3) degree or higher in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
* MT Shipping: Open to candidates with a Diploma (D3) degree or higher in Shipping Management, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (ETO).
Requirements for Applicants
To ensure you are the right fit for our intensive development track, please review the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Fresh graduates (D3–S1) from the relevant disciplines mentioned above.
2. Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 2.75.
3. Marital Status: Must be unmarried.
4. Flexibility: Willingness to undergo training at our operational sites and commit to working in Central Kalimantan.
Program Structure
This accelerated leadership program consists of three distinct phases:
* Initial Training: A rigorous three-month foundational training period.
* On-the-Job Training (OJT): Nine months of immersive, real-world application within our operational divisions.
* Service Commitment: A mandatory bond period following the completion of your training.
