## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Possession of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in reconciliation, finance, accounting, or a comparable position is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Applicants must possess a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, tax regulations, transaction journalizing, and the reconciliation process.
* Analytical Skills: Candidates must demonstrate high levels of precision, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet strict performance targets.
* Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for daily operational tasks.
* Residency Requirement: Applicants must be residents of Tuban, East Java. This is a mandatory requirement for this specific location.
