The Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) program is an intensive development curriculum structured to prepare high-potential candidates for leadership roles as palm oil mill assistants. Participants receive comprehensive, hands-on training focusing on three core pillars:
* Daily mill operations and workflow optimization
* Advanced engineering and machinery maintenance
* Production management and quality control
Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our trainees thrive in this demanding yet rewarding environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Willingness to be assigned and deployed to any of our operational sites located in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
