1. Management Trainee (MT)
This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of company leaders through intensive mentorship and hands-on experience.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00.
* Maximum age of 25 years old as of April 2026.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong collaborative spirit.

3. PPIC Staff

* Responsibilities: Coordinating material arrival schedules for local and imported stock and aligning material procurement with production requirements.

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Planning or PPIC.

4. Chemistry Analyst

* Responsibilities: Performing chemical analyses on process solutions, managing laboratory testing, and overseeing waste treatment plant (WTP) processes.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Chemistry Analysis.
* Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and chemical analysis protocols.
* High level of physical stamina for production-area inspections.
5. Database Administrator
Support our digital infrastructure to ensure data accuracy across the organization.
* Responsibilities: Maintaining SAP system data, performing data cleansing, and ensuring record completeness.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience, preferably with SAP implementations.
