* Key Responsibilities: Provide exclusive, world-class purchasing experiences; build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients; achieve and exceed sales targets with integrity.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Strong professional presence and excellent communication skills.

* Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and be willing to be stationed at any branch.
2. Lead Product Genius

* Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the Product Genius team; act as the liaison for product updates and training; manage certification readiness; support showroom activities and test drives.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 1–2 years of experience as a Product Genius, Product Specialist, or Automotive Trainer.
* Strong understanding of automotive products and certification standards.
* Proven leadership abilities and willingness to travel.
3. Unit Administration Staff
This role is critical for ensuring that the backend of our sales operations runs seamlessly and with absolute precision.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily sales administration; manage vehicle documentation (STNK/BPKB); handle leasing coordination; prepare accurate financial reports; maintain internal control over stock and cash.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Management.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, including leasing and documentation.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
4. Marketing Support Staff
The Marketing Support Staff ensures operational efficiency through meticulous data management and financial oversight.
* Key Responsibilities: Validate unit purchases and payment processes; manage petty cash and Accounts Payable; oversee FIFO unit allocation and margin validation; maintain accurate price lists and discount structures.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or automotive administration.
* High level of accuracy in data processing and financial management.
