## Current Openings and Qualifications
1. Operational Administrator
As an Operational Administrator, you will keep our daily workflows running smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail will directly support our promise of rapid and reliable service delivery.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Operational Administrator, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Key Competencies:
* Proficient in managing and tracking delivery receipts (surat jalan), entering data into internal systems, generating reports, and handling document archiving.
* Advanced data processing skills using Microsoft Excel.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Work Location: Delta Silicon, South Cikarang – Bekasi.
2. Service Advisor
The Service Advisor acts as the crucial bridge between our maintenance operations and fleet management, ensuring our heavy vehicles remain in peak operational condition.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in a Technical field, with an Automotive major strongly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Service Advisor.
* Key Competencies:
* Comprehensive understanding of heavy vehicle engineering, encompassing both preventive and corrective maintenance, core vehicle systems, and parts catalogs.
* Proven ability to monitor repair processes from inception through to the final vehicle check.
* Strong administrative skills related to Work Orders (SPK) and daily repair reporting.
* Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Work Location: Makassar.
3. General Repair Mechanic
Our General Repair Mechanics are vital to maintaining the reliability and safety of our truck fleet through expert troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Light Vehicle Engineering, Automotive, or a related technical field.
* Key Competencies:
* Expert knowledge in truck maintenance and repair procedures.
* Willingness to handle field storing tasks or emergency roadside assistance.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork capabilities alongside strong independent problem-solving skills.
* High standards of honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Willingness to be deployed across any PT Seino Indomobil Logistics workshop location.
* Work Location: Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya – East Java.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
We are looking for skilled specialists to restore and maintain the structural integrity and bodywork of our commercial vehicles.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a vehicle body repair shop, welding workshop, or commercial vehicle bodybuilder (karoseri).
* Key Competencies:
* Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Holding a certified welding qualification is considered a distinct advantage.
* Resilient under pressure with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
