Candidate Requirements

1. Gender & Age: Male candidates with a maximum age of 25 years old.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) holder in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Excellence: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
4. Mobility & Commitment:
* Fully willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia based on company needs.
* Willing to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Willing to commit to a mandatory 2-year service bond upon program completion.
5. Health & Physical Standards: Physically and mentally healthy, with a strict requirement of not being colorblind.
6. Readiness: Fully prepared to undergo an intensive, high-discipline training schedule.
