## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a vital role in our workforce development by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our operational teams, specifically focusing on AKAD and AKL schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute mass hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements across our diverse operational territories.
* Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, administrative screening, interviews, and final candidate placement.
* Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, WLKP, and other employment-related administrative requirements.
* Travel periodically to various regional locations and labor agencies to conduct on-site sourcing and selection.
* Manage partnerships with third-party labor vendors to ensure consistent manpower fulfillment.
* Oversee the acquisition of operational staff, such as harvesters, maintenance crews, and daily laborers.
* Analyze and report on recruitment progress, staffing metrics, and candidate status to support management decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume or mass hiring.
* In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows and local labor administrative processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong attention to detail regarding database management.
* Willingness to conduct domestic business travel as required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
## 2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
The Financial Monitoring Staff ensures fiscal integrity and operational efficiency across our Joint Operation (KSO) units by overseeing transactions and budgetary alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control financial transactions and activities within KSO units in accordance with company policies.
* Review and verify financial documentation, including invoices, payments, and supporting proofs of transaction.
* Analyze budget realization versus operational costs and identify variances to recommend corrective actions.
* Reconcile financial data between KSO reports and internal company records.
* Coordinate with accounting and operational units to resolve financial or administrative discrepancies.
* Prepare comprehensive financial monitoring reports for executive management review.
* Provide necessary documentation for financial audits and risk assessment evaluations.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.
* Strong grasp of basic accounting principles, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Proven ability to perform systematic data reconciliation and reporting.
* High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple units simultaneously.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Willingness to be placed in accordance with the company’s operational requirements.
