## Position: Media Sales Executive
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our team in Surakarta. If you possess a passion for media and a talent for building professional relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing. Prior exposure to the media, television, or event organizing (EO) industry will be considered a significant advantage.
* Networking Skills: Candidates who possess an existing network of companies, agencies, or advertisers are highly encouraged to apply.
* Interpersonal Abilities: You must be highly communicative, self-confident, and persuasive.
* Professional Mindset: We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented and committed to achieving results.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable working in a mobile capacity, conducting frequent client visits, and collaborating both independently and within a team.
* Logistics: Possession of a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) is considered a plus.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Solo is mandatory.
