## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at PT. Catur Aman Sentosa, you will play a vital role in our daily manufacturing and processing workflows. Your primary objective is to ensure that production machinery runs smoothly, output meets rigorous quality benchmarks, and operations remain uninterrupted.
## Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in accordance with company safety protocols.
* Ensure that the overall manufacturing and processing workflow proceeds without interruption.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Prior work experience as a machine operator is strongly preferred, particularly candidates with a background in the food and beverage industry or large-scale warehouse environments.
* Technical Skillset: Capable of operating production machinery or demonstrating a high readiness to undergo comprehensive professional training.
