Main Purpose
To direct and execute end-to-end Human Capital operations, including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities

* Payroll & Time Management: Oversee attendance accuracy and ensure seamless payroll consolidation across all project sites.
* Personnel Administration: Maintain robust employee databases and manage all related benefit claims.

Required Qualifications
