## Program Overview: Launching Your Professional Journey
Our Graduate Trainee programs are designed to provide a comprehensive 24-month immersive experience. Participants will rotate across key business units, including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales. This structured rotation ensures a holistic understanding of how science translates into commercial success within the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities for Trainees
Regardless of whether you join the Commercial or Technical stream, all trainees will engage in the following core activities:

* Specialized Mentorship: Learn from regional experts to master the chemistry and technology underpinning our product lines.
* Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the global Personal Care and Cosmetics landscape, including competitive intelligence.

* Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.20 (Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
