## Key Responsibilities of the Role
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
* Production Planning: Developing detailed production and machine maintenance schedules to meet output targets.
* Process Optimization: Analyzing daily production data to monitor efficiency and productivity, while proposing actionable performance improvement programs.
* Standardization: Drafting, evaluating, and updating Work Instructions and critical production parameters.
* Quality and Problem Solving: Conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address production bottlenecks and implementing effective corrective actions.
* Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and corporate regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to ensure seamless production workflows and proactive maintenance.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive performance reports accompanied by strategic recommendations for process enhancements.
## Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to manufacturing excellence:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Production Engineering role within the manufacturing sector.
* Management Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Improvement Methodologies: Proven experience implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar frameworks.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and fundamental maintenance protocols.
* Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and perform root cause analysis.
* Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities, with a proven track record of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
