## About the Role
As a Registration Staff member, you will serve as the bridge between our innovative product formulations and the regulatory standards required for market entry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every product we manufacture meets the stringent requirements set forth by BPOM, maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.
## Core Responsibilities
To succeed in this position, you must be comfortable managing the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle. Your primary daily duties will include:
* Documentation Management: Preparing comprehensive registration dossiers for newly developed products, re-registrations, and product variations.
* Regulatory Submission: Managing the submission process to BPOM, ensuring full compliance with current government regulations and internal quality standards.
* Archive Maintenance: Organizing and maintaining accurate, secure, and accessible records for all registered products to facilitate future audits and renewals.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses both the technical knowledge and the operational experience to hit the ground running. Ideal applicants will meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a regulatory role specifically within the cosmetic industry.
* Regulatory Expertise: Proven proficiency in navigating the BPOM registration portal and understanding the specific requirements for cosmetic product approval.
