## 1. Senior Legal Counsel
Reporting to the Legal Manager of Operations, the Senior Legal Counsel provides vital guidance across all departments, ensuring that procurement, project development, and operational activities remain legally sound.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including FEED, EPCI, O&M, and marine charters, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations such as PTK-007.
* Dispute Resolution: Manage legal claims and liaise with external counsel to vigorously protect the company’s interests.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret evolving local and international laws, assessing their potential impact on business operations.
* Tender Support: Represent the legal function within tender committees to ensure transparency and compliance.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage.
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, ideally as an in-house counsel in the oil and gas sector or within a top-tier law firm.
* Certifications: Possession of a PTK-007 certification and membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) is highly preferred.
* Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment.
* Language: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory for high-level documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Promotion: Drive the development of agribusiness and carbon offset initiatives.
* Stakeholder Relations: Manage partnerships with local agricultural stakeholders and potential raw material suppliers.
* Supply Chain Oversight: Ensure the efficient logistics and distribution of bio-feedstock while maintaining consistency with bioproduction requirements.
* Mentorship: Participate in training to deepen expertise in the specialized fields of agribusiness and carbon sequestration.
Required Qualifications
