1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As the Business Development/Sales Manager, you will serve as the public face of Esin Group in Indonesia. You will bridge the gap between our international expertise and local market requirements, driving growth while fostering long-term client relationships.
* Client Engagement: Lead both physical and virtual meetings, manage proposals, oversee contract signings, and handle payment coordination.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to foreign investors regarding PT PMA establishment, visa requirements, and office leasing solutions.
* Collaboration: Partner with our accounting team and international colleagues in Singapore and China to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Market Growth: Proactively identify opportunities among high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations to drive revenue.
* Operational Leadership: Oversee the setup of the Jakarta branch, implement KPIs, and report key performance metrics to senior management.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
* Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (verbal and written) to support our diverse client base.
* Professional proficiency in English.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate consultancy.
* Working knowledge of PT PMA regulations and local business incorporation processes.
2. Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager will be the backbone of our financial compliance operations. You will manage the complex fiscal requirements of our foreign-owned entity (PT PMA) clients while overseeing our internal financial health.
* Compliance Management: Handle monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and investor reporting for clients in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
* Operational Oversight: Manage accounting operations for our internal group entities and establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks, legal partners, and tax consultants to facilitate smooth business operations for clients.
* Team Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of the local accounting team.
* Reporting: Maintain close communication with our Singapore headquarters to ensure regional financial alignment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
* 2+ years of experience in tax compliance, audit, or accounting within a consulting environment.
* Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
* Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
* Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting.
