Program Requirements and Candidate Profile
To be considered for this prestigious program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation Studies, Accounting, Informatics Engineering, Law, or Psychology.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply; individuals with up to one year of professional experience are also eligible.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to sign a three-year service bond.
* Training Duration: Successful applicants will participate in an intensive six-month training and On-the-Job (OJT) program.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly communicative, possess strong ethical standards, and demonstrate proactive initiative.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
