## Key Position Requirements
To ensure a high standard of project delivery, the following core qualifications are required for specific roles:
Engineering & Project Leadership
* Project Leader (Infrastructure/Workshop): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, proven experience in workshop construction, ability to coordinate project execution, and proficiency in budget planning.
* Senior Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates must be skilled in creating Detailed Engineering Designs (DED), managing RAP (direct/indirect costs), and monitoring project progress.
* Drafter: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in workshop or building construction. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D.
Specialized Technical Roles
* K3 (HSE): Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Candidates must possess the ability to develop project-specific SOPs and monitor safety implementation on-site.
* Surveyor: Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy with a minimum of 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction. Expertise in Total Station, Waterpass, RTK, and drone mapping is highly valued.
* Site Administration: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Civil Engineering. Must be experienced in project-based accounts payable (AP) and managing petty cash reports for operational cost analysis.
* Supervisor (Building/Steel): Minimum 3 years of experience in building and workshop construction. Strong knowledge of steel structures, material quality control, and site supervision is essential.
* Project Leader (Land Clearing & Water Management): Open to candidates with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology. Expertise in oil palm plantation water management and land clearing design is required.
