## Role Responsibilities
The Warehouse Admin plays a vital role in ensuring that our inventory management remains seamless and efficient. Your primary duties will include:
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of incoming products and performing rigorous quality and quantity inspections.
* Storage Optimization: Implementing strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to ensure product freshness and inventory integrity.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records for all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure that physical stock perfectly matches administrative data.
* Stock Auditing: Conducting regular stock opname procedures to prevent discrepancies.
* Reporting: Preparing and submitting comprehensive operational warehouse reports to management on a consistent basis.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with at least one year of relevant warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an expert-level command of Microsoft Excel.
* Professional Competencies: Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly organized work ethic.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a car.
* Collaboration: A team player who can also work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Serang area.
