## The Management Trainee Program (Cadet/Assistant)
The Management Trainee Program is an intensive six-month journey designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-level field operations. During this period, participants receive mentorship directly from Senior Assistants and Managers.
Program Structure and Expectations
* Academic and Field Integration: Six months of comprehensive classroom theory combined with practical field applications.
* Performance Monitoring: Trainees undergo rigorous observation by the Training Personnel and Operational Teams, including periodic examinations and professional presentations.
* Commitment: Successful completion leads to a total service bond of 2.5 years, encompassing the initial six-month training period followed by an 18-month professional placement.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Between 24 and 27 years old, holding a D3, D4, or S1 degree.
* Academic Background:
* Agronomy Fields: Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Engineering Fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Agricultural Product Technology.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates from the years 2023 or 2024.
* Essential Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of the TSH Resources Berhad plantation sites, including various locations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
