This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of our vessel operations, managing supply chains for spare parts, and overseeing essential technical maintenance documentation.
Core Responsibilities
* Facilitating the seamless flow of administrative processes for vessel operations.
* Managing procurement requests for critical spare parts.
* Coordinating repair schedules and maintenance documentation.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree.
* Experience: At least one year in a similar administrative role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
* Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to maritime logistics is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically an advanced command of Excel.
