## Current Opening: Recruitment Specialist
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team in Medan. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract and retain the top-tier talent necessary to drive our business objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Utilizing diverse channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
