1. Finance & Operations Roles
* Accounting, Tax, and Treasury: Focus on VAT reviews, tax invoices, and audit preparation. (S1 Accounting/Tax, min. semester 5)
* Finance Business Development: Conduct market research and financial analysis. (S1 Business/Management/Industrial Engineering/Accounting, min. semester 5)
* Operation Planning Development Control: Manage SOP standardization and performance monitoring. (S1 Industrial Engineering, min. semester 5)
* Operation Development: Support safety programs and driver performance monitoring. (S1 All majors, min. semester 5)
* Supply Demand Management: Analyze customer requests and monitor transporter performance/KPIs. (S1 Business/Management/Communication/Industrial Engineering, min. semester 7)
2. Technology, Legal, & Corporate Roles
* Fullstack Developer: Engage in front-end/back-end development and technical documentation. (S1 Information Systems, min. semester 7; proficient in Javascript, Java, or Python)
* Paralegal: Assist in legal document drafting and research. (S1 Law/Business Law, min. semester 5)
* Human Capital Business Partner: Support culture internalization, recruitment, and employer branding initiatives. (S1 Industrial Engineering/Management/Psychology, min. semester 5)
* Vehicle Business Development: Handle vehicle procurement data and maintenance processes. (S1 Industrial Engineering/Management, min. semester 5)
3. Sales & Communications Roles
* Sales & Marketing: Provide sales support and conduct competitor analysis. (S1 All majors, min. semester 5)
* EHS & Marketing Communication: Create content, handle copywriting, and perform EHS field inspections. (S1 Engineering/Management, min. semester 5; proficient in design tools like Canva/Adobe)
## Essential Requirements for All Applicants
