## Eligibility Criteria
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the challenges of industrial plantation management, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, or a closely related discipline.
2. Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
3. Age Limit: Maximum age of 25 years old.
4. Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to two years of professional experience are also eligible.
5. Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a 6-month intensive training program and sign a 12-month service bond upon completion.
6. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed and work in remote operational areas across Kalimantan.
