## Current Job Vacancy: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
Pakerin is actively seeking a qualified, driven individual to oversee and elevate workplace safety standards at their manufacturing facility located in Mojokerto.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
* Ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and environmental protocols across factory operations.
* Maintaining hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control measures.
* Leading safety awareness campaigns and collaborating with various departments to cultivate a culture of safety.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical safety role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (D4 or S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience within the same field.
* Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certificate (AK3 Umum).
* Have completed training focused on the Awareness of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3).
* Preference will be given to candidates who have previously established and implemented an SMK3 framework in a workplace setting.
* Demonstrate high levels of loyalty, professional accountability, and integrity.
* Work Placement: Mojokerto Factory.
