Program Qualifications

* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Language Proficiency: Active fluency in English, both spoken and written, is highly prioritized.
* Industry Interest: A genuine and strong enthusiasm for the F&B sector.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional adaptability, strong communication skills, and proven leadership experience within organizational settings.
* Work Ethic: A proactive mindset with a results-driven approach and high initiative.
* Mobility: Willingness to undergo the one-year training program in Malang and Surabaya, and readiness to be placed in any Mie Gacoan operational region across Indonesia following graduation.
The Selection Process
Our recruitment process is rigorous yet rewarding. Shortlisted candidates must be prepared to participate in a selection phase consisting of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a User Committee Interview. This can be conducted either offline at our Head Office in Malang or via online platforms for candidates residing outside of Java.
