## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of operational excellence, all prospective applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Age Requirement: Maximum of 28 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum completion of high school (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record working as an Assembly or Production Operator.
* Transportation: Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid, active SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
* Residency: Candidates must be current residents of Karawang or the surrounding areas.
* Placement: Must be willing and able to work onsite at the Karawang plant.
