Since 1994, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) has established itself as a cornerstone of the palm oil industry in East Kalimantan. Operating out of the Kembang Janggut District in Kutai Kartanegara, we manage over 32,000 hectares of cultivated land. Our production infrastructure currently includes three high-capacity palm oil mills, two of which are capable of processing 80 tons of fresh fruit bunches per hour, alongside a third facility with a 40-ton capacity.
As we look toward the future, REAK is embarking on an ambitious expansion initiative across East and West Kutai regencies. This growth phase will significantly increase our operational footprint over the next two to four years, necessitating the construction of several additional processing facilities. To support this trajectory, we are seeking highly motivated, skilled professionals who are prepared to contribute to our continued success.
## Open Positions at PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations
We are currently recruiting for the following roles to strengthen our technical and administrative departments:
1. Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3. Mandor Transport: Diploma in Administration or Industrial fields.
4. Mandor General Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5. Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational high school (SMK/STM) background with 6G welding certification.
6. Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational high school (SMK/STM) background.
7. Electrician: Vocational high school (SMK/STM) in Electrical Engineering.
8. Sr. Mechanic/Mechanic: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering (Senior) or Vocational high school (SMK/STM) in Heavy Equipment (Junior).
9. Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
10. Office Administrator: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Administration, Management, or related fields.
11. Lathe Machine Operator: Vocational high school (SMK/STM) in Mechanical Engineering.
12. Mandor Power Plant: Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
