1. Junior Project Procurement
In this role, you will play a vital part in project efficiency, ensuring that all logistical and financial aspects of material procurement align with our high standards.
* Develop comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Implement strict cost control measures.
* Calculate quantity variation orders accurately.
* Apply advanced construction work methodologies.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Oil & Gas construction sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine (Jakarta-Based)
Based at our North Jakarta office on Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan, the Admin Marine will ensure our maritime assets remain compliant and operational.
* Monitor vessel certification and manage renewal processes with relevant authorities.
* Coordinate surveys and inspections with classification societies and third-party entities.
* Generate detailed weekly and monthly status reports regarding vessel documentation.
* Manage technical catalogs, manuals, and vessel blueprints.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in maritime administration.
* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf software.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to join our team immediately.
3. Purchasing Staff
Our procurement department is looking for an experienced individual to manage our supply chain operations and optimize vendor relationships.
* Execute vendor sourcing, selection, negotiation, and performance assessment.
* Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders.
* Prepare price comparisons and maintain organized project documentation.
* Monitor procurement cycles, from purchase order issuance to final delivery verification.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major (Informatics background is a plus).
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, specifically regarding spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Prior experience working with ERP or systematic procurement platforms.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure, and communicate effectively.
