## Eligibility Criteria
To ensure that our future leaders are well-prepared for the challenges of our industry, we look for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Graduation Status: Recent graduates (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) who completed their studies within the last two years.
* Regional Preference: Priority is given to graduates from universities in Eastern Indonesia (including Makassar, Manado, Ternate, Ambon, and Papua).
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0.
