1. Welder
* Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK).
* Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Possession of 3G-6G welding certification is a significant advantage.
* Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in welding hydraulic tubes and rod shafts.
* Competence in utilizing measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
* Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Operator
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent, preferably with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within the heavy equipment or cylinder manufacturing industry.
* Familiarity with the use of calipers for precise measurements.
* Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
3. Sales Support
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK).
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general Administrative role.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Experienced in drafting and preparing offer letters.
* Possesses strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, proactivity, dynamism, and an agile learning mindset.
4. Inspector
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience, preferably within companies specializing in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Cylinder, or Seal products.
* Capable of creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
* Skilled in using precision measuring tools including verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
* Experienced in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Possesses a foundational understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems (preferred).
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
* Adept at scheduling and monitoring the entire production process, from material procurement to finished goods delivery.
* Capable of planning and overseeing the execution of onsite projects.
* Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
