1. Manager, Palm Oil Certification
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement certification program frameworks for palm oil, ensuring adherence to ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate certification activities and compile data reports for ISPO and PROPER from various internal divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, and the management of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and Environmental aspects.
* Prepare for and support both internal and external audit processes for ISPO and PROPER certification.
* Verify and ensure that all applicable regulations are current and effectively implemented across relevant operational areas.
* Foster strong communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate operational activities and report findings to both Regional and Head Offices.
Candidate Profile
* Willingness to be stationed at the Merauke Palm Oil Plantation, Papua.
* Minimum education: Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation Management, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* Mandatory experience: A proven track record of at least three (3) years as a Palm Oil Certification Manager OR a minimum of five (5) years as an ISPO Certification Assistant Manager, verifiable through employment records.
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Permentan No. 11/2015 and/or Permentan No. 38/2020) is highly advantageous.
* Required knowledge base: AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 Waste Management. Relevant training certificates should be submitted if available.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute strategies for the processing operations of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Mill and Palm Kernel Crusher (KCP), including continuous monitoring.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all CPO Mill and KCP operational activities.
* Conduct thorough investigations into mechanical, electrical, and other operational issues affecting the CPO Mill and KCP.
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and ensure effective implementation of various certification systems, including Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC.
* Report all executed activities precisely to the Manager.
Candidate Profile
* Mandatory proficiency in Engineering, specifically regarding machinery and electrical systems within palm oil processing operations.
* Required expertise in AutoCAD software.
* A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in the specified field.
* Possession of certifications related to Halal, OHSAS, ISO, HACCP, and/or ISCC in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) activities is a significant advantage and should be included with your application.
* Minimum education: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

* Monitor performance reports of CPO Mills and KCPs on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile
* Proficient in SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Possesses a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HO Engineering Staff or Mill Controller Staff.
* Experienced in the process of creating budgets for CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Thorough understanding of the entire processing flow within CPO Mills and KCPs.
