The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially opening a recruitment process for the Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) initiative in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, for the 2026 Fiscal Year. Through the North Sumatra Building, Infrastructure, and Area Arrangement Center, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our expert team. ## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently looking for qualified experts and administrative support staff to fill the following roles:
1. Team Leader: S1 Civil Engineering; 5 years of experience; Intermediate Expertise (Ahli Madya) in Construction Management.
2. Water and Sanitation Expert: S1/D4 Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) in Water/Environmental Engineering.
3. Road/Building Construction Expert: S1/D4 Civil Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) in Road or Building Engineering.
4. HSE/Construction Safety Expert: S1/D4 Engineering; 2 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) in Construction Safety (K3).
5. Building Structure Inspector: S1/D4 Civil/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
6. Piping Inspector: S1/D4 Civil/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
7. Secretary: D3/S1 (Any Major); 1 year of experience.
8. Administrator: D3/S1 (Any Major); 1 year of experience.
9. Drafter: D3/S1 Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for the project:
* Indonesian citizen possessing strong integrity and adherence to national values (Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution).
* Not currently under contract with other projects, government agencies, or private institutions.
* Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Skilled in facilitating coordination between government officials, community members, and stakeholders.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Strong team-player mentality and willingness to reside at the project site in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli, for the duration of the 2026 Fiscal Year.
## Key Responsibilities
Each role is critical to the successful execution of the Integrated PKE program. Key functions include:
* Project Leadership: The Team Leader manages overall site progress, coordinates with the Project Implementation Officer (PPK), and ensures all construction adheres to contractual specifications.
* Engineering Oversight: Experts in water, sanitation, and road construction are responsible for technical guidance, commissioning, and ensuring quality control throughout the implementation phase.
* HSE Implementation: The HSE/K3 expert manages safety protocols, identifies project hazards, and monitors environmental compliance to ensure a zero-accident workspace.
* Technical Support & Documentation: Inspectors monitor daily site progress, while Administrators and Drafters maintain vital records, handle correspondence, and manage technical drawings (As-Built Drawings).
